Reports: Citigroup To Sell Nearly $1 Bln Of Private-equity Investments To Lexington Partners – Update
Citigroup Inc. (C) has agreed to sell a portfolio of nearly $1 billion of private-equity investments to Lexington Partners Inc., according to media reports on Wednesday. StepStone Group will reportedly provide management services to the funds. The transaction would be one of the biggest ever in the market for the secondary private-equity interests.
Walt Disney Reportedly Nears Sale Of Miramax To Colony Capital, Ron Tutor For About $650 Mln Cash – Update
Diversified media and entertainment company Walt Disney Co. (DIS) is reportedly Wednesday nearing a deal to sell Miramax to private equity firm Colony Capital LLC and construction magnate Ron Tutor. The reported deal, anticipated to be signed within a week, is expected to be struck between $600 million and $700 million in cash.
